RLS END OF SUMMER GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
The RLS End of Summer Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Ralph Louie Stunts (“RLS”), Lincoln, Nebraska (“Sponsor”).
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins August 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends September 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Ralph Louie Stunts are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry.
METHOD #1 — PURCHASE ENTRIES
During the Giveaway Period, eligible purchases made through the official Ralph Louie Stunts website will automatically receive:
ONE (1) ENTRY FOR EVERY $20.00 SPENT.
Entries are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.
For example:
- $20–$39.99 = 1 entry
- $40–$59.99 = 2 entries
- $60–$79.99 = 3 entries
- $100–$119.99 = 5 entries
- $200–$219.99 = 10 entries
Only complete $20 increments qualify. Any remaining amount below the next $20 increment does not generate an additional entry.
Eligible entries will automatically be associated with the customer information provided with the order.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalid may have some or all associated Giveaway entries removed.
METHOD #2 — FREE ENTRY
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE A FREE ENTRY.
Each eligible person may receive ONE (1) FREE ENTRY during the entire Giveaway Period.
A free entry may be submitted using either of the following methods:
Instagram: Comment “ENTERED” on the official RLS End of Summer Giveaway Instagram post during the Giveaway Period.

Email: Send an email to the official Ralph Louie Stunts contact email during the Giveaway Period with the subject line:
“RLS GIVEAWAY FREE ENTRY”
The email must include the entrant’s full name and a valid method of contact.
Submitting both an Instagram entry and an email entry will not result in two free entries. There is a maximum of one free entry per eligible person.
Free entries must be received no later than September 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or manipulated entries may be disqualified.
5. PRIZES
A total of three (3) winners will be selected.
WINNER #1 — GRAND PRIZE
- One (1) set of RLS Grom Rear Sets 2.0 — Approximate Retail Value: $215
- One (1) set of RLS Axle Sliders — Approximate Retail Value: $100
Total Grand Prize ARV: $315
WINNER #2
- One (1) set of RLS Axle Sliders
Total Prize ARV: $100
WINNER #3
- One (1) RLS T-Shirt — Approximate Retail Value: $40
- One (1) RLS Key Tag — Approximate Retail Value: $5
Total Prize ARV: $45
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE
The approximate retail value of all prizes combined is:
$460
Applicable fitment, shirt size, finish, color, and other product options are subject to RLS inventory and availability.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value. Sponsor may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
Following the close of the Giveaway, three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
Each eligible entry included in the drawing will have an equal chance of being selected.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
A person may only win one prize unless Sponsor determines otherwise due to insufficient eligible entrants.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address, phone number, social media account, or other contact information associated with their entry.
Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their identity, age, eligibility, and shipping information before receiving a prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the timeframe provided by RLS, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, RLS may select an alternate winner at random.
RLS WILL NEVER REQUIRE A WINNER TO PAY MONEY, PURCHASE A PRODUCT, OR PROVIDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO CLAIM A GIVEAWAY PRIZE.
Participants should be aware of fraudulent or impersonating social media accounts.
8. SHIPPING
RLS will cover standard shipping of Giveaway prizes to eligible winners within the United States unless otherwise stated.
RLS is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because a winner provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor regarding administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate, automate, falsify, interfere with, or abuse the entry or winner-selection process.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ralph Louie Stunts and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to publicly announce the winner’s name and/or social media username in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.
12. SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Ralph Louie Stunts.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Honda, or any other social media platform or motorcycle manufacturer.
Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and Honda are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway or the awarding of prizes.
All trademarks and product names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
13. WINNERS
Following verification, RLS may announce the Giveaway winners through its official social media accounts.
