🛠 RLS Warranty Policy

At RLS, every product is built with performance, durability, and real stunt riding in mind. We stand behind our craftsmanship — but we also recognize the extreme conditions our parts are used in.

Coverage

All RLS products are covered against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Hardware failure under normal riding conditions

If a defect is found, RLS will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

 

Not Covered

 

Due to the nature of stunt riding, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Crash damage (including loop-outs, drops, or impacts)
  • Bent components caused by impact or excessive force
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or misuse

RLS products are built for performance — not indestructibility.

Real-World Use Disclaimer

Stunt riding places extreme stress on components. Situations such as a bike landing directly on a rear set can exceed material limits, even at low speeds. Damage from these events is considered impact-related, not a manufacturing defect.
